Current Rates booked through Anna Maria Luxury Condos:

May 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013 --- 7 night minimum

Sunday - Thursday rates: $329 per night

Friday - Sunday rates: $359 per night

(or $2,363 per week)

February 1 - April 30, 2012 --- 7 night minimum

$399 per night x 7 = $2,793

We do open reservations for less than 7 nights (with a 3 night minimum)

when arrival is within the next two months.

Please add Resort and Florida Sales Taxes of 11.5%

Depending on the time of year and how close you are to booking your vacation and arriving, we can offer discounts depending on availability. So please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to work out the best rate for you.

Policies:

Check-in time………….3:00 PM
Check-out time………..10:00 AM
Cleaning charge – $125
More than six persons – extra person charge is $25/day (max 8 persons).
Security Deposit of $500 (refunded after 3 business days if there is no damage).
Reservations for Special Discounted Rates are confirmed with full credit card payment. All major credit cards accepted. No refunds for Special Discounted Rates after payment. Other reservations are confirmed with one night’s deposit payable with credit card and refundable if cancelled two weeks prior to arrival date. Deposits for seasonal reservations may vary.
Advertised rates on this website are subject to change but are guaranteed once your reservation is confirmed.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
WE ARE A NON-SMOKING HOME. In consideration of other guests, smoking is reserved for outside areas and grounds.
